By seamlessly bridging deep engineering discipline with sophisticated transaction execution, he directs strategic growth mandates positioned for long-term value creation and cross-border expansion in the MENA region. His foundational corporate tenure includes nearly 13 years at Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB), where he built extensive expertise in oil and gas exploration, drilling, production, and oilfield development and services, directing large-scale operations across multiple global geographies and culminating in his appointment as Country General Manager for the United Arab Emirates. Faraj expanded his tier-one energy credentials within ADNOC Group as Team Leader, subsequently advancing into senior executive roles including Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Director at regional energy ventures, steering them from inception to pre-IPO, mergers and acquisitions maturity. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed robust corporate P&Ls, multi-million dollar budgets, and highly complex global supply chain frameworks. As a proven corporate architect operating at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic financial advisory, he has engineered complex, full-cycle cross-border acquisitions and pioneered milestone financings with institutional investors, private equity funds, and sovereign entities. Faraj holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Benghazi, anchoring world-class operational standards and institutional integrity within deep regional roots.

Faysel has over 20 years of distinguished operational leadership in business development and technical project management within Libya's industrial, trading, and oil and gas sectors. He commands deep expertise in the planning, coordination, and logistical execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects under complex regional dynamics. 

Throughout his career, Faysel has successfully directed high-stakes energy initiatives by masterfully handling intricate supply chain management, international procurement frameworks, custom clearances, and multi-site field logistics to guarantee seamless, on-time projects delivery. His foundational career includes extensive hands-on experience in wells drilling operations and international trade, which he leverages to safely navigate complex localized regulatory landscapes, cultivate vital client relations with national operators, and lead specialized teams of technical experts under demanding field conditions. 

By bridging strategic project oversight with robust mobilization capabilities, he ensures that critical project milestones are accomplished seamlessly. Faysel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tripoli University, masterfully anchoring advanced managerial skills, rigorous safety planning, and global operational standards with unparalleled, on-the-ground execution capabilities across Libya.
